Adult Golf Fitness Class

 4 week group training classes combines golf fitness training, functional exercise, balance training, flexibility, core and speed training to supercharge your body for golf in a group environment.

Classes range from 6-10 people doing a golf specific workout.  Group training is a fun and a total body workout addressing all the major components of golf:  Agility, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance.
